Kuta, Bali – February 28, 2025 – Hotel Neo Kuta Jelantik is proud to introduce its latest special menu, Tum Ayam, a traditional Balinese dish rich in flavor and tantalizing to the taste buds. This menu is part of our efforts to bring an authentic Indonesian culinary experience to our guests.

Tum Ayam is a signature Balinese dish made from finely chopped fresh chicken, mixed with selected spices such as shallots, garlic, chili, candlenut, and lemongrass. This mixture is then wrapped in banana leaves and steamed to perfection, creating a soft texture with a distinctive, enticing aroma. Served with warm red rice, urab vegetables, and special sambal, this dish offers a rich and authentic taste sensation.
