With the theme of Javanese charm and the tagline "Jowo Di Gowo, Budoyo Di Jogo, Neo Ing Dodo" ("Bringing Javanese Spirit, Preserving Culture, Neo in the Heart"), this event encouraged all to appreciate and remember Javanese culture. Participants wore traditional Javanese attire, such as kebaya paired with jarik batik, lurik, and beskap. The celebration became even livelier with captivating traditional Javanese dances, including the Gambyong and Sesonderan dances, delighting all attendees.

All staff and representatives of the Hotel Neo Candi Simpang Lima Semarang management team were present. The event began with a General Staff Meeting (GSM), where staff had the opportunity to share their feedback and experiences working at the hotel, aiming to enhance their performance and enthusiasm.
